Data we process

Full name, student number, Turkish ID number, department, year, mobile phone, email address, the classes you choose, and payment and balance records.

Purposes

Creating your membership record, managing the class schedule and attendance, tracking registration fees and dues, contacting you, and making the notifications the university requires.

Turkish ID number

The ID number is collected at the university's request. It is stored encrypted, shown masked on management screens, and can be viewed in full only by an authorised person, with each view logged.

Sharing

Your data is not shared with third parties except where required by law or requested by the university. Society administrators access data only within their permissions.

Retention

Your data is deleted at the end of the term. Only statistics that identify no one (such as member counts and class distribution) are kept.

Your rights
